1. About the Sessions
Truck Jam provides themed Hot Wheels and Monster Jam stay & play sessions featuring toy cars, monster trucks, and track setups.
This is a parent/carer supervised session. We do not provide childcare.
By booking and attending, you agree to the terms below.
2. Supervision & Responsibility
- All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
- Children remain the full responsibility of their parent/carer at all times.
- Parents/carers must remain on site throughout the session.
- If you need to leave the room, your child must leave with you or be supervised by a named adult you have arranged.
Failure to supervise your child appropriately may result in you being asked to leave without refund.
3. Safety & Behaviour
To ensure a safe environment for everyone:
- No throwing cars or trucks.
- No climbing or standing on track setups or equipment.
- Walk, do not run, around play areas.
- Broken or damaged toys must be reported immediately.
- Younger siblings must be closely supervised due to small parts.
- Helmets are provided for all ride ons & this is the responsibility of parents/ carers to make sure they are worn
We reserve the right to ask families to leave without refund if behaviour is unsafe, aggressive, disruptive, or puts others at risk.
4. Health & Medical Information
- Parents/carers must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs at the time of booking.
- A basic first aid kit is available on site.
- In the event of a serious emergency, emergency services (999) will be contacted.
Parents remain responsible for administering medication to their child.
5. Liability
- All play equipment is checked prior to sessions.
- However, children play at their own risk under parental supervision.
- Truck Jam accepts no responsibility for accidents or injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidance or lack of supervision.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
6. Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
- Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session may be transferred to another available date & of the same value.
- Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Our Cancellations:
If we cancel a session due to illness, venue issues, fewer than 4 attendees, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer to another date.
8. Photography by Parents
- Parents/carers may photograph or film their own child only.
- No images of other children may be taken or shared without explicit consent from their parent/carer.
- Anyone breaching this rule may be asked to delete images and/or leave the session.
9. Promotional Photography
We may occasionally take photographs or short videos during sessions for marketing purposes (website, social media, printed materials).
You will be asked to consent to photos when booking. If you click no we will do everything to ensure no close ups are taken of your child but they may still be visible in the background of other photos. Please read the full policy statement when booking & do not book if you do not agree.
Childrenβs full names will never be published.
10. Data Protection
We collect personal information for booking and safety purposes only.
Information is:
- Stored securely
- Used solely for business purposes
- Not shared with third parties unless required by law
You may request access to your data at any time.
11. Safeguarding
We are committed to safeguarding children in line with UK legislation and local Hampshire safeguarding procedures.
Any safeguarding concerns may be referred to appropriate authorities if necessary.
12. Agreement
By booking and attending, you confirm that:
- You understand this is not a childcare setting.
- You accept responsibility for supervising your child.
- You agree to follow all safety guidance and session rules.
- You agree to these Terms & Conditions.
